Extended Refund Insurance for 2021/22 Lake Louise Season Passes

Lake Louise Season Pass Refund Insurance can be purchased for $45 per individual pass, $99 on a Family Pass, $45 on a Parent Pass, and $25 on a Child Pass. There will be no refunds whatsoever on a Lake Louise Season Pass after opening winter day unless Refund Insurance was added at the time of pass purchase. Refund Insurance is only valid as a result of medical conditions supported by a doctor's certificate, or a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer. Refund Insurance is non-refundable and not available for Spring Pass, Corporate Pass, VIP Parking, VIP Add-Ons, Lockers, Tiger Passes, Super Senior passes or Grade 2 Funpass.

Refund amounts are based on the following formula. The cost of your Season Pass less the number of days skied (multiplied by the daily rate for the age category applicable to the pass) to a maximum of the percentage listed opposite the date of the claim.

Receiving Your Lake Louise Season Pass

A Release of Liability Form (waiver) must be read, understood and signed before your pass will be issued (click here to view the waiver).

Receive your Season Pass in the mail - You should receive a "eWaiver Invitation" email within 24 hours of purchasing your pass online. Please click the special waiver link in this email, and follow the easy instructions to complete the process. If you can’t find the email, please call 1(403)522-3555 and we will be happy to send you another. Once your waiver is complete please reply to the “eWaiver Invitation” email with your mailing address. We want to be absolutely sure you receive your pass at the mailing address of your choice! Expect two weeks delivery.

Pick-up your Season Pass in person - Lake Louise Season Passes can also be picked up at any of the locations listed below. Please complete your waiver online before you come to pick-up your pass.

Exchanges For Unused/Expired Day Tickets

It is the policy of The Lake Louise Ski Resort "LLSR" that the following guidelines are utilized with respect to the issuance of Snow Checks relating to Unused / Expired Day Tickets and Unused, or portions thereof.


  1. Refunds will NOT be provided for Unused / Expired Day Tickets or Unused.
  2. For all Unused and Expired Day Tickets, following the end of a ski season, and until April 30th of the next ski season, customers may exchange their Day Ticket for one (1) "Snow Check", valid any time during the ski season following the original season of expiry, by paying a $20.00 upgrade fee per ticket.
  3. Snow Check requests for the next ski season will only be available for issue from the end of the ski season, for which the originals were valid.
