Picking up Your Season Pass
Season passes can be picked up at the Lake Louise Ski Resort at our Guest Services Department, our Calgary Sales Office, or Experience Lake Louise (located in Samson Mall). When you come to pick up your season pass a Release of Liability form must be read, understood, and signed prior to your pass being issued. In addition, proof of age must also be presented.

2019/20 Lake Louise Season Pass Refund Insurance
Lake Louise Season Pass refund insurance can be purchased for $40 per pass, $90 on a Family Pass, $65 on a Parent Pass, and $20 on a Child Pass. There will be no refunds whatsoever on Season Passes unless the Refund option is purchased at the time of pass purchase. The Refund option is only valid as a result of medical conditions supported by a doctor's certificate, or a transfer of employment supported by a letter from your employer. The Refund option is not refundable. The Refund option is not available for the Spring Pass, Corporate Pass, VIP Parking, VIP Add-Ons, Lockers, Tiger Passes, Super Senior passes and Grade 2 Funpass.

Refund amounts are based on the following formula. The cost of your season pass less the number of days skied (multiplied by the daily rate for the age category applicable to the pass) to a maximum of the percentage listed opposite the date of the claim.

Exchanges for Unused/Expired Day Tickets
It is the policy of The Lake Louise Ski Resort "LLSR" that the following guidelines are utilized with respect to the issuance of Snow Checks relating to Unused / Expired Day Tickets and Unused, or portions thereof.
- Refunds will NOT be provided for Unused / Expired Day Tickets or Unused.
- For all Unused and Expired Day Tickets, following the end of a ski season, and until April 30th of the next ski season, customers may exchange their Day Ticket for one (1) "Snow Check", valid any time during the ski season following the original season of expiry, by paying a $20.00 upgrade fee per ticket.
- Snow Check requests for the next ski season will only be available for issue from the end of the ski season, for which the originals were valid.
